r: <br />Council Minutes of 11/3/93 <br />LF7GISLATI~1 (continued.) <br />Reso ution o. - introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department reds, anti authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, arx3. declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind Moved for <br />adoption; second. by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 93-131 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-132 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting storm sewer ea is located south of Maple Ridge road in <br />the-City of North Olmsted, a~i declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved far <br />adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-132 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-104 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance .amending Section 1139.01 (B) of the North Olmsted Zoning Code., entitled <br />"Permitted Buildings and Uses," for purposes of restricting the locations of used <br />car lots in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-134 introduced by Mr. McKay-was given its seco~i reading. An <br />ordinance approving a new sewer service agreement between the City of .North <br />Olmsted and the County of Cuyahoga under which a portion of Opted Township is <br />served by the City's sanitary sewer system, superseding the existing agreement, <br />authorizing the execution of the new agreement, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-135 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for .the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign at Lorain and <br />Stearns Roads regulating traffic travelling in an easterly direction, to read "No <br />Right Turn on Red from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m." and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-137 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 90-58 which authorized an agreement with <br />Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company for the purpose of preparing <br />plans and specifications for the repair of various streets within the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-138 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />construction of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at <br />various locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution. No. 93-139 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Greater Cleveland Schools' Council to advertise for <br />bids for motor vehicle fuel and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-140 was introduced and placed on first .reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself acid tl~ entire Council. An ordinance amending the Zoning Code <br />~.~'" of the City of North Olmsted by adding thereto a new Section 1139.11 of Chapter <br />1139, entitled "Regulation of Superstores." <br />4 <br />
