Council Minutes of 10/19/93 <br />LEGISLATI~T (continued) <br />e o. -1 was introduced ar~d placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on <br />behalf. of Mrs. Beringer. An ordinance accepting easem~ts for the installation <br />and maintenance of a water main for the purpose of circulation of water service <br />by the City of Cleveland to land owned by Moen Incorporated and W & Z Properties, <br />Ltd. (Developers Diversified, Ltd.) and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved <br />for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Imo. Leonard; <br />motion passed unanimously. Robert Strnad did not ur~stand the ord,insnce, and <br />it was explained as a formality because the City of Clevelarxi needy an - t <br />to be .able to put iri aril maintain water liras to the Moen building. Mr. Lind <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; motion passed u~nimausly. Ordinance <br />No. 93-136 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for <br />7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3. <br />Mr. Leonard moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Beringer and Mr. Musal; second. <br />by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. <br />Mrs. Babas scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on November 8. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on November 4 and <br />requested Finance Director Burns attend. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled an Environmental Com<ni.ttee meeting for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, <br />November 3, and requested that Service Director Bohlmarm attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:22 p.m. <br />J~ <br />James D.
