Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed taianimously. Resolution No. 93-133 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance approving a new sewer service agreement between the City of North Olmsted and the County of Cuyahoga under which a portion of OLnsted Township is served by the city's sanitary sewer system, superseding the existing agreement, authorizing the execution of the new agreement, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-135 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. Nashar.
