Council Minutes of 10/19/93 <br />LEGISLATI~T (continued) <br />Reso ution No. - introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />partial depth concrete joint repair of various streets in the City of North <br />Olmsted, as per specificatio~as nc~ on file in his office, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same ar~d declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-128 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second readix~. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />cracksealing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifca- <br />tions now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for s <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-129 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />pulva-mixing cri various streets in t~ City of North 0].msted, as per specifica- <br />tions now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-130 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />5,000 tons of asphalt encl. tack coating of city streets, ark authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-131 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to adverti:s~ for bids for <br />2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, ark authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, acid declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-132 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting storm sewer easements located south of Maple Ridge Road in <br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-133 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Babas. A <br />resolution recognizing October 27, 1993 as National Unfunded Federal Mandates <br />Day, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Babas:moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed unanimously. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed taianimously. Resolution No. 93-133 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-134 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance approving a new sewer service agreement between the City of North <br />Olmsted and the County of Cuyahoga under which a portion of OLnsted Township is <br />served by the city's sanitary sewer system, superseding the existing agreement, <br />authorizing the execution of the new agreement, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-135 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. Nashar. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red' sign at Lorain and <br />Stearns Roads regulating traffic travelling in an easterly direction, to read "No <br />Right Turn an Red from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m." and declaring an emergency. <br />8 <br />t.~~~,~~,.,y. <br />~. <br />
