Council Minutes of 10/19/93 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Resolution No. 93-118 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per <br />specifications now on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to crntract <br />for same, and declaring an e~erg~ncy. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Leonard; motion passed unaT~imfwsly. Resolution No. 93-118 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-119 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordins~nce amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign on Selhuacst Road where the same <br />intersects with Duane Road, thereby regulating traffic enterauag Dine Road, and <br />declaring an e®ergency. Mr. McKay moved far adoption; seccmd by Mr. Leonard; <br />motion passers unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-119 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 93-121 introducers by Mayor Boyle was given its third rending. A <br />resolution authorizing the Dir~tor of Public Service to advertise for bide for <br />electrical improvements at the North Olmsted Ari~inistratian T~.ilding and Police <br />Station in the City of North Olmsted, and. declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved <br />for adoption; secoixs by Mr. Leonard; motion passed unan>s~usly. Resolution <br />No. 93-121 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-122 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $345,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring and installing cuter <br />equipment, including networking hardware and software, personal ccx~uter work <br />stations, printers, software and cables, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances thereto. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-122 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-123 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $150,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the electrical system at <br />city facilities and installing a backup electrical system for the city's <br />computer, telephone and emergency lighting systems, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second <br />by Mr. Leonard; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-123 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-124 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $50,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving City Hall by converting an <br />existing storage area into a conference roan and Data Processing offices and <br />acquiring furnishings and equipment therefor, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances thereto, as amended. Mr. Lind moved. for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Leonard; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-124 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-125 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading.
