Council Minutes of 8/17/93 <br />L~ISLATION (continued) <br />ce No. - was introduced and placed ari first reading by Mayer Boyle. <br />An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the.City of North Opted to <br />enter into an agreement with the banter CoQ~any, Inc., to provide market <br />feasibility services for senior housing in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-110 was introduced anci placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance authorizing axed directing the Mayor of the- City of North Olr~ted to <br />enter into an agreement with Kaczmar Architects to provide architectural services <br />pertaining to master planning axed concept design services for a proposed new <br />senior citizens complex, and declaring an emergency.. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />s. er the Mayor for the gift in recognition of her years of <br />service to the city. She said she hoped to serve the Mayor and the city for many <br />more years to cane. <br />Mr. McKay conm~ended the Service Department for their work in removing branches <br />that people had placed in the streets. <br />Mr. McKay moved to adjourn into executive session to discuss environmental <br />matters; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. <br />Council adjourned into executive session at 8:50 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:24 p.m. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Wednesday, August 25, at <br />7:45 p.m. and requested the Finance Director and Building Commissior~x attend. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Safety Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, <br />August 25, and requested Mr. Lundy or the Mayor attend. <br />Mr. Musial scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting for 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, <br />August 25, and requested that the Service Director attend. <br />Mrs. Beringer scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, <br />August 25, and requested that the Building Commissioner and Assistant Engineer <br />McDermott attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:27 p.m. <br />C 'y`am o-c.,~~r,~,.t~ <br />Barbara L.
