A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State Issue 2 infrastrueture bond program for funding of various municipal capital infrastructure improvement projects, and declaring ~ emergency. Mrs. Babas moved for Vision of the. rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Lind..
