An <br />ordinance accepting a traffic control easement located. cart property owned by o <br />Marketing Company and designated as Permar~nt Parcel No. 232-26-16 by Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, said easement shoran on Exhibit "C", and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-101 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of lath Olmsted to <br />enter into an agree>aent with Gaede Serne Architects, Tnc., to provide <br />architectural. services pertaining to plans to rehabilitate Town Hall in the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-102 was introduced and placed on first rea»ing by May©r Boyle. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from <br />the State Issue 2 infrastrueture bond program for funding of various municipal <br />capital infrastructure improvement projects, and declaring ~ emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-103 was introduced. and placed art first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance amending Section 1321.05 of the North Olmsted Building Code to <br />provide for the imposition of a two percent (2~) surcharge fee to be charged in <br />addition to all fees presently che~rged by the city's Building Department pursuant <br />to R.C. 3781.102, in order to provide additional funding for the operational and <br />educational requirements of the Building Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-104 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance mending Section 1139.01 (B) of the North Olmstexi Zor><at,ng Code, <br />entitled "Permitted Buildings and Uses," for purposes of restricting the <br />locations of used car lots in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 93-105 was introduced end. placed art first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for site <br />improvements at the North Olmsted Recreation Center in the City of North Olmsted, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-106 was introduced aril placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance repealing Section 139.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted arxi titled "Private Police Registration." <br />Ordinance No. 93-107 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the restri.ctiori of parking on various streets during school days, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-108 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Babas. <br />An ordinance to approve current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances; to <br />adopt new matter; and clsclaring an emergency. Mrs. Babas moved for Vision of <br />the. rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Lind.. <br />Roll call: Babas, yes; Lind, yes; NkKay, no; Musial, yes; Nashar, yes; Beringer, <br />yes; Leonard, yes. Motion paase!d with 6 affirmative votes and 1 negative vote. <br />Mrs. Bahas~moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind;. motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-108 adapted. <br />6 <br /> <br />
