A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids for the purchase of cot~uter <br />hardware, software, printers associated therewith, and electrical equipment <br />together with any modifcaticros d appropriate for the installation of a <br />network computer system servicing .the City of North 0]mste~l, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 93-89 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-90 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading.. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North 0]n~sted by <br />providing for the installation of no parking signs on the east side of Westview <br />Drive beginning at the. south curb of Lorain Road and cx3ntinuing south for two <br />hundred feet, arld declaring ~ emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Nashar; motion passed unaiLi~nousy. Ordinance No. 93-90 adopted. <br />Ordinance. No. 93-91 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of ~ parking signs on the west side of Westview <br />Drive beginning at the south curb of Lorain Road. and ccmti~ south for two <br />hundred feet, anti declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by <br />Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-91 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-92 introduced by Mr. Lind. was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $150,000 notes, in anticipation of <br />the issuance of bcjnds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in <br />the city's street system by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement <br />base, widening, preparing the surface and paving with concrete or asphalt, by <br />reconstructing and rehabilitating water mains, water service connections, sanitary <br />sewers anti sanitary sewer service connections, by constructing and reconstructing <br />sidewalks, driveway aprons, storm sewers arxi catch basins, and by installing <br />underground and above-ground wires and cables for street lighting, all wire <br />necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-92 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-93 introduced by Mayor. Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North 0]msted <br />of an ant to Article VII Bection 2 {e) of the Charter, providing for an <br />exception for mandatory referral to electors when zoning to senior residence use, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-93 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-88 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its secorxi reading. An <br />ordinance establishing a policy of the payment of incentive boxnuses to employees of <br />the city other than elected officials, Directors or Division Iris for suggesting <br />and having implemented cost saving measures in the operation of the city. <br />.Ordinance No. 93-98 introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and Mr. McKay <br />was given its second reading.
