MINUTES OF Tf~ SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED JUNE 29, 1993 7:30 P.M. Present: Council President Boeh~er, Council Members Papas, Leonard, Lind, McKay, Musial, Nashar Also Present: Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance Director James Burns, Clerk of Council Barbara Seman Absent: Council Member Saringer Council President Boehmer called the special meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. LEGISLATION Or~cinance No. 93-84 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its secorxi reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North O7~sted by providing for the prohibition of truck traffic on a portion of Country Club Boulevard. Resolution No. 93-87 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year begirming January 1, 1994, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 93-89 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids for the purchase of computer hardware, software, printers associated therewith, and electrical equipment together with any r~difications deemed appropriate for the installation of a network computer system servicing the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-90 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its secor~i reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of no parking signs on the east side of Westview Drive beginning at the south curb of Lorain Road and continuing south for two hundred feet, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-91 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of r~o parking signs on the west side of Westview Drive begirming at the south curb of Lorain Road and continuing south for two hundred feet, and declaring an urgency. Ordinance No. 93-92 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading.
