Council Minutes of 515/93 LEGIBLATICN (continued) cur ing, acquiring and installing street lighting for, the Recreation Center parking lot and the driveway from Lorain Road to that parking lot; by reconstructing and paving with concrete the existing walkway from Lorain Road to the Recreation Center; and by draining and landscaping the Recreation Center site, all together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 93-58 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $500,000 Hates, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of rehabilitating and i~roving an existing storm water culvert located under South Barton Road approximately 1,700 feet south of Lorain Road, related tu~dergroamd storm water retention basins and related open storm water drainage di.tcties and acquiring interests in real estate therefor, together with the r~cessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 93-59 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the iss~nce and sale of $2,250,000 notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated .streets in the City's street system by grading., draining, curbing, recom~structing the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface and paving, by constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating water mains, sidewalks, driveway aprcros, storm sewers, catch basins, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections, and by installing underground and above-ground wires and cables for street lighting, all where necessary, together with the r~cessary appurtenances and wnrk incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 93-60 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its secorxl reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $55,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of renovating, rehabilitating and otherwise improving Town Hall, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. Resolution No. 93-53 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lirul. A resolution authorizing the Director of Persoraiel & Admxii.strative Services to seek sealed bid proposals for hospitalization, medical-surgical insurance, including stop-loss insurance coverage, third party administrative services and benefits for employees of the City of North Olmsted, and. declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and cot~ittee review; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 93-53 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-61 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by pro- viding for the installation of a stop sign on concord Drive where the same intersects with Danberry Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering Danberry Drive, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 93-62 was introduced and placed on first- reading by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution recognizing May 6, 1993 as the National Day of Frayer.
