An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $500,000 Hates, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of rehabilitating and i~roving an <br />existing storm water culvert located under South Barton Road approximately 1,700 <br />feet south of Lorain Road, related tu~dergroamd storm water retention basins and <br />related open storm water drainage di.tcties and acquiring interests in real estate <br />therefor, together with the r~cessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 93-59 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the iss~nce and sale of $2,250,000 notes in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated .streets <br />in the City's street system by grading., draining, curbing, recom~structing the <br />pavement base, widening, preparing the surface and paving, by constructing, <br />reconstructing and rehabilitating water mains, sidewalks, driveway aprcros, storm <br />sewers, catch basins, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections, and by <br />installing underground and above-ground wires and cables for street lighting, all <br />where necessary, together with the r~cessary appurtenances and wnrk incidental <br />thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 93-60 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its secorxl reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $55,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of renovating, rehabilitating and <br />otherwise improving Town Hall, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. <br />Resolution No. 93-53 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lirul. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Persoraiel & Admxii.strative Services to <br />seek sealed bid proposals for hospitalization, medical-surgical insurance, <br />including stop-loss insurance coverage, third party administrative services and <br />benefits for employees of the City of North Olmsted, and. declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and cot~ittee <br />review; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. <br />93-53 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-61 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by pro- <br />viding for the installation of a stop sign on concord Drive where the same <br />intersects with Danberry Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering Danberry <br />Drive, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-62 was introduced and placed on first- reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution recognizing May 6, 1993 <br />as the National Day of Frayer.
