Council Minutes of 5/5/93 LEGISLATION (continued) pass- unanimously. Mr. Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed Lmanimously. Resolution No. 93-62 adopted. Resolution No. 93-63 was introduced aril placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to obtain an option for the purchase of lend for t~ construction of senior citizen housing within the City of North OLnsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-64 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a mutual aid agreement with the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, City of Cleveland, for the purpose of providing to the City of Cleveland emergency medical services and equipment in the event of aircraft accident or other disaster at Cleveland Napkins International Airport, and providing to the City of North Olmsted back-up capability for gaergency medical prices and equipment and fire fighting personnel in the event of an emergency in tl~e City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Babas moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Lind; motion passel unsniwsly. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor. of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Cuyahoga County Board of Coamissioners for the utilization of fords made available by the Housing and City Development Act of 1974, 1977, 1980, 1983, 1987 and 1992 as amended, and in addition, thereto, to participate in the program administered by Cuyahoga County Commissioners kncswn as the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 and 1992, as amexded which provides funds for affordable housing purposes for urban counties and consortiva-s, and declaring an emergency. Probate Court Cuyaga Gotmty Case No. rectix~g actor of Law to file a J~~t confirming same, and~eclaring an emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-66 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-67 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle.
