Resolution No. 93-62 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 93-63 was introduced aril placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to obtain an <br />option for the purchase of lend for t~ construction of senior citizen housing <br />within the City of North OLnsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-64 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into a mutual aid agreement with the Cleveland Hopkins International <br />Airport, City of Cleveland, for the purpose of providing to the City of Cleveland <br />emergency medical services and equipment in the event of aircraft accident or <br />other disaster at Cleveland Napkins International Airport, and providing to the <br />City of North Olmsted back-up capability for gaergency medical prices and <br />equipment and fire fighting personnel in the event of an emergency in tl~e City of <br />North Olmsted. Mrs. Babas moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and committee review; second by Mr. Lind; motion passel unsniwsly. <br />Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-64 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-65 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor. of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a <br />cooperative agreement with the Cuyahoga County Board of Coamissioners for the <br />utilization of fords made available by the Housing and City Development Act <br />of 1974, 1977, 1980, 1983, 1987 and 1992 as amended, and in addition, thereto, to <br />participate in the program administered by Cuyahoga County Commissioners kncswn as <br />the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 and 1992, as amexded which provides <br />funds for affordable housing purposes for urban counties and consortiva-s, and <br />declaring an emergency.
