Ordinance No. 93-59 was introduced azxl place~ci on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance atxi sale of $2,250,000 notes, in anticipa- tion of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the City's street system by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface aa~d paving, by constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating water mains, sidewalks, driveway aprons, storm sewers, catch basins, sanitary suers and sanitary sewer connections, and by installing underground arxi above-ground wires ar~d cables for street lighting, all where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances arxi work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 93-60 was introduced and pl.s6ced an first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issnance and sale cif $55,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of renovating, rehabilitating anti otherwise improving Town Hall, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. Mr. Lind commented that ttte fiscal officer's certificates were attached to Ordinance Nos. 93-57, 93-58, 93-59 aryd 93-60. Miscellaneous Business Mrs. Saringer mov that Council adjourn into executive session to discuss the Boehmer litigation; second by Mr. Leonard; mention passed urian:inously. Council adjourned into executive session at 9:10 p.m. Council reconvened at 9:25 p.m. Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting far 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 26, and requested that Mr. BohLnann and Mr. Burns atter~. Mr. Nashar scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for 7:15 p.m. on Monday, April 26, and requested that Mr. Bohlmarm attend. Mr. Musial scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Monday, April 26, and requested Mr. Bohlmanaz and Mr. Burns attend. With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:27 p.m. C James D.
