An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance atxi sale of $2,250,000 notes, in anticipa- <br />tion of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated <br />streets in the City's street system by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing <br />the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface aa~d paving, by constructing, <br />reconstructing and rehabilitating water mains, sidewalks, driveway aprons, storm <br />sewers, catch basins, sanitary suers and sanitary sewer connections, and by <br />installing underground arxi above-ground wires ar~d cables for street lighting, all <br />where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances arxi work incidental <br />thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 93-60 was introduced and pl.s6ced an first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issnance and sale cif $55,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of renovating, rehabilitating anti <br />otherwise improving Town Hall, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. <br />Mr. Lind commented that ttte fiscal officer's certificates were attached to <br />Ordinance Nos. 93-57, 93-58, 93-59 aryd 93-60. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mrs. Saringer mov that Council adjourn into executive session to discuss the <br />Boehmer litigation; second by Mr. Leonard; mention passed urian:inously. Council <br />adjourned into executive session at 9:10 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:25 p.m. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting far 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 26, <br />and requested that Mr. BohLnann and Mr. Burns atter~. <br />Mr. Nashar scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for 7:15 p.m. on <br />Monday, April 26, and requested that Mr. Bohlmarm attend. <br />Mr. Musial scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Monday, <br />April 26, and requested Mr. Bohlmanaz and Mr. Burns attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:27 p.m. <br />C <br />James D.
