An ordinance authorizing and. directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Dali.a Consultants to provide engineering services pertaining to site improvement plans to provide paving, grading, drainage, land- scaping and. accessory improvements at the Recreation Center, North Olmsted Park, Clague Park in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-51 was introduced and placid on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing anci directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Dfa].ia Consultants to provide engir~erirxg services pertaining to .plans to provide grading and drainage improvements in the south Barton Road area in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1993. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Lirxi; motion passed imanmcxusly. Mrs. Beringer mr~ved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-56 adopted. Ordinance No. 93-57 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance at~d sale of $245,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the City's park arxi recreational facilities by acquiring and installing heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment for the Ccxmunity Cabin; by resurfacing with asphalt and curbing, and acquiring and. installing street lighting for, the Recreation Center parking lot and the driveway from Lorain Road to that parking lot; by reconstructing and paving with concrete the existing wa].k~ray froth Lorain Road to the Recreation Center; and by draining and landscaping the Recreation Center site, all together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. 9
