Council Minutes of 4/20/93 <br />LDGISLATION (continued) <br />Or a No. 9 - introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign on Ursula Court where the same <br />intersects with Bretton Ridge Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering Bretton <br />Ridge Drive, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-40 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance mending tree traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign an Bretton Ridge Drive where the <br />same intersects with Wellington Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering <br />Wellington Drive, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-41 introduced by Mr. Neshar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign on Alexandra Court where the same <br />intersects with Westminster Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering <br />Westminster Drive, and declaring an urgency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-42 introduced by Mr. Naahar wes given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic cc~ntroi file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign on Alexandra Court where the same <br />intersects with Wellington Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering <br />Wellington Drive, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-43 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic. control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign on Cinnamon Way where the same <br />intersects with Barton Road, tt~reby regulating traffic entering Barton Road, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-44 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Building Ccxtmissioner to proceed with the demolition or <br />removal of the detached structure located at 31441 Lorain Road, in the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-45 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the method by which fees for the use of the facilities of <br />the Recreation Department are to be fixed, and repealing Ordinance No. 90-149 and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three -readings; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind <br />moved for adoption; secorxl by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed Lunanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 93-45 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-46 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept an behalf of the City of North Olmsted <br />a gift consisting of cx~e concession trailer valued at approximately $2,500 from <br />the Clevelarxi Coca Cola Bottling Company to be used. by the North Olmsted <br />Recreation Department. Mr. Mosul moved. to amend Ordinance No. 93-46 by adding <br />the words "and declaring an emergency" to the title and. by adding an urgency <br />clause to Section 3; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously.
