An <br />ordinance providing for the iso:e and, sale of $260,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring, for use by the Department <br />of Public Service two tworand-on+e-half-ton trucks, athree-ton tarx3em dip truck, <br />a o~-half-ton pickup truck, a ocie-tan chipper truck, a sweeper and a s®all <br />loader backhoe, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, as <br />Mr• Lind moved for adoption and anted that the fiscal officer's certificate <br />was attached to the ordinance; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-48 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-49 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $250,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring a fire truck, together <br />with the necessary equi.pm@nt and appurtenances thereto, as amended. Mr. Lind <br />moved for adoption and commented that the fiscal. officer's certificate was <br />attacta'd to the ordinance; second. by Mrs,. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-49 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-35 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company to <br />provide engineering services for paving and drainage improvements in the Bretton <br />Ridge subdivision. <br />Ordinance No. 93-36 introduced by Mayor Buyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. to provide engineering services <br />pertainir}g to immediate operational improvements for the Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-37 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />.providing for the installation of a stop sign on Walnut Lane where the same <br />intersects with Sandpiper Lane, thereby regulating traffic entering Sandpiper <br />Lane, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-38 introduced by Mr. Nashar was. given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign on Oakwood Circle where the same <br />intersects with Bradley Road, thereby regulating traffic entering Bradley Road, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />7 <br />
