A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a <br />contract with Browning-Ferris Industries of Ohio, Inc., for implementing of a <br />recycling program for apartments, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-31 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing tlx Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improvement of the Deerfield subdivision, as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, arxi <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-32 introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself anti the <br />entire Council was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the <br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of the <br />sanitary sewer rehabilitation, Phase E-1993, improvements at various locations in <br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an urgency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-33 introduced by Mayor Boyle an behalf of himself and Mr. Lind <br />was given its second reading. An ordinance to establish within the Special <br />Revenue Fund Group a "Claque Park Improvement Fund" of the City of North Olmsted <br />for the proceeds of the sale of real estate known as Deerfield North Homeowners <br />Association recreational area and expenditures for improving Claque Park. <br />Ordinance No. 93-34 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Ola~ted for the year ending December 31, 1993. Mr. Lind moved <br />for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Leonard; <br />motion passed unanimously. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company to <br />provide engineering services for paving and drainage improvements in the Bretton <br />Ridge subdivision. <br />Ordinance No. 93-36 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with Malcolm Firnie, Inc. to provide engineering services <br />pertaining to immediate operational improvements for the Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-37 was intr-odueed and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a stop sign on Walnut Lane where the same <br />intersects with Sandpiper Lane, thereby regulating traffic entering Saruipiper <br />Lane, and declaring an emergency. <br />v <br />6 <br />
