Council Minutes of 4/6/93 <br />LEGISLATION <br />finance ~3-23 introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire <br />Council was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing acid directing the <br />Mayor of the Gity of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Howard, <br />Needles, Tammen and Bergendoff to provide engineering services pertaining to <br />preliminary plans, (Phase I) to provide grading, drainage, landscaping and <br />fencing for the addition of an earth mound along the proposed Crocker-Stearns <br />Road in the City of North 0]msted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved <br />for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 93-23 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-24 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to establish within the Special Revenue Fund Group an "Economic <br />Development Fund" of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-24 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-25 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the City Engineer to accept arxi record a <br />dedication plat establishing additional right-of way for Duane Ro~i in the City <br />of North 0]msted, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. .Beringer moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-25 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-26 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance establishing a policy for certain benefits for all non-bargaining unit <br />full time employees of the City of North OLnsted who have completed their <br />probationary period. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; secorxi by Mrs. Saringer; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 93-26 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-28 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting an easetaent for the installation and maintenance of a water <br />line for the purpose of circulation of water service by the City of Cleveland to <br />land owned by Kenneth R. Limpert and Lois Limpert, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-28 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-165 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading as <br />amended. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1305 of the Codified <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "One, Two and Three-Family <br />Dwelling Code," as amended. Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of the rule <br />requiring three.readings; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously.
