Council Minutes of 3/16/93 <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mrs. s r Council that a Council-as-a--Whole meeting with the Blue <br />Ribbon Committee would be held. at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 22. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled an F~nvi.rorm~ental Control meeting immediately following the <br />Council-as-a--Whole meeting on March ZZ. Mr. ~l~Csy anti Mrs. Babas agreed to <br />attempt to include the discussion of Ordix~snce 93-22 at this meeting. If there <br />is not time for this discussion, the previously scheduled Eazvira~aental/ <br />Legislative meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 24. <br />Mr. Nashar scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, March 23, and requested Service Director Bohlnann attend. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, <br />and requested Finance Director Burns, Mayor Boyle, and Service Director Bohlmann <br />attend. <br />On behalf of all Directors and department heads, Mayor Boyle expressed thanks to <br />Council for its expeditious harui].ing of the appropriations. It six~wed confidence <br />in the Administration's abilities. Although there were differences about this <br />subject, the Mayor appreciates all points of view. <br />Mrs. Babas complimented the Service Department an the good job during the recent <br />snow storms. In addition, she recognized the good job of BFI during the inclement <br />weather. Mayor Boyle and Mrs. B~has agreed that the thanks extends to all members <br />of the Service Department. The mechanics did an excellent job of keeping the <br />trucks out on the road. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 8:53 p.m. <br /> <br />awes Boehmer, Presi t o aunci <br /> <br />7 <br />
