Council Minutes of 3/16/93 <br />LEGISLATION (continued) <br />Or ce No. introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to establish within the Special Revenge Fund Group an "Econo~ni-c <br />Development Fund" of the City of North OLnsted, anti declaring an ec~ergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-25 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its seccmd reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the city ~c~gineer to accept aryd record a <br />dedication plat establishing additicma]. right-of~way for Duane Road in the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-26 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing a policy for certain benefits for all non-bargaining unit <br />full time employees of the City of North Olmsted who have completed their <br />probationary period. <br />Ordinance No. 93-27 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Ohio Council 8 <br />and Local 42681 of the American Federation of State, County and I~mi.cpal <br />Employees, covering clerical and technical employees, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and <br />committee review; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed. unanimously. Mr. M~Kay moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Lind. Roll call: McKay, yes; Lind, yes; Leonard, <br />no; Bahas, yes; Musial, yes; Nashar, yes; Saringer, yes. The motion passed with <br />six "yes" votes and one "no" vote. Ordinance No. 93-27 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-28 introduced by Mr. Nasshar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and. maintenance of a water <br />line for the purpose of circulation of water service by the City of Cleveland to <br />land awned by Kenneth R. Limpert and Lois Limpert, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-30 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into a contract with Browning-Ferris Industries of Ohio, Inc., .for implementation <br />of a recycling program for apartments, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 93-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improvement of the Deerfield subdivision, as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an urgency. <br />Resolution No. 93-32 was introduced and placed on first re#ading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution authorizing the Director <br />of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of the Sanitary <br />Sewer Rehabilitation, Phase E-1993, improvements at various locations in the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-33 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and Mr. Lind. An ordinance to establish within the Special <br />Revenue Fund Group A "Clague Park Improvement Fund" of the City of North Olmsted <br />for the proceeds of the sale of real estate known as Deerfield North Homeowners <br />Association Recreational Area and expenditures for improving Clague Park. <br />6 <br /> <br />
