A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for uniforms for 6~stewater Treatment Plant and Service Departmer~.t <br />personnel, as detailed. in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for same, arxi declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-13 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution authorizing t~ Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for laboratory analytical services to support the Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an urgency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-14 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $2,000,000 notes, in anticipa- <br />tion of the issuance. of bonds, for the purpose of improving the municipal <br />sanitary sewer system by constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating and <br />replacing sanitary sewers ar~i sanitary sewer corxnections and by improving and <br />equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant, together with the necessary appurte- <br />nances a~ work incidental thereto. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. McKay move that ouncil adjourn into executive session to discuss a property <br />purchase; second by Mrs. Swinger; motion passed unanimously. Council adjourned <br />into executive session at 8:38 p.m. Council reconvened at 8:54 p.m. <br />Mrs. Bahas asked the Clerk to contact the members of the Blue Ribbon Committee in <br />order to determine a date for the organizational meeting. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, <br />immediately prior to the joint meeting of the Recreation arxi Finance Cornnittees. <br />With the agenda being coanpleted and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 8:55 p.m. <br />James D.
