Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 94-177 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-180 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and diirectimg the 14~ayor of slue City of North to enter into an agreement with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) and the City of North Olm~ed providing for a joffit operating agreement to provide transit services in accordance with said agr t and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Balsas moved to suspend the rule requir~g throe readings; second by Mr. Musia~l; motion passed unanimously. Mrs. Bahas moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-180 adopted. Resohrtion No. 94-182 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle. A resolution supporting Jump-Start America and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-183 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1995. Ordinance No. 94-184 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the annexation of certain unincorporated territory currently located in Olmsted Township to the City of North Olmsted, directing the Director of Law to pursue measures necessary to effectuate Bch annexation, and declaring an emergency.
