Council Minutes of 12!20/94 Ordinance No. 94-166 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An ordinance vacating a portion of a water main easement located on property now owned by Great Northern Properties Ca~any, as recorded in Vohime 191 Page 78 of Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and further accepting an easement from Great Northern Properties Company for an additional water maw easem~eatt, and declaring an urgency. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Li~ert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-166 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-172 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the entire Council was given its third reading. An ordgtaace ameniding Section 751.01 and repea~g Section 517.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, in order to include pinball machines among the mechanical or electrically operated amusement devices which are regulated by the City of North Olmsted within game rooms located m the city. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-172 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-161 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for Council-at-Large members for the term of office commencing January 1, 1996 through December 3 1, 1999, as amended. Ordinance No. 94-165 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994, as amended. In the absence of Mr. Lind, Mr. McKay reported that this legislation was reviewed by the Finance Committee and was recommended for approval. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Lin~ert; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lim~ert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-165 adapted. Ordinance No. 94-170 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the Mire Council was given its second reading. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga Gounty, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter descn~bed improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY. Resolution No. 94-175 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resohrtion authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphah and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 94-177 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1995, all tax money due and owing said city from any collection source.
