An <br />ordinance vacating a portion of a water main easement located on property now owned by <br />Great Northern Properties Ca~any, as recorded in Vohime 191 Page 78 of Cuyahoga <br />County Maps and Records, and further accepting an easement from Great Northern <br />Properties Company for an additional water maw easem~eatt, and declaring an urgency. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Li~ert; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 94-166 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-172 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the entire Council was <br />given its third reading. An ordgtaace ameniding Section 751.01 and repea~g Section <br />517.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, in order to include <br />pinball machines among the mechanical or electrically operated amusement devices which <br />are regulated by the City of North Olmsted within game rooms located m the city. Mr. <br />Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 94-172 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-161 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for Council-at-Large members for the <br />term of office commencing January 1, 1996 through December 3 1, 1999, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 94-165 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994, as amended. In the <br />absence of Mr. Lind, Mr. McKay reported that this legislation was reviewed by the <br />Finance Committee and was recommended for approval. Mr. McKay moved for <br />suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Lin~ert; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-165 adapted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-170 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the Mire Council was given its <br />second reading. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga Gounty, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of <br />the hereinafter descn~bed improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of <br />Cuyahoga by its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the <br />COUNTY. <br />Resolution No. 94-175 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resohrtion <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphah <br />and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-177 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading.
