MINUTES OF TBE Sl"ECIAL MEETING OF TBE COUNCIL <br />OF TIIE CI1"Y 4F NQRTH OLMSTEII <br />DECEMBER 12,1994 <br />Present: Council President Boe~rmer, Councfi Menders Bahas, Limpert, Lind <br />McKay, Musial, Nashar <br />Also Present: Law Director Gareau, Clerk of Council Semen <br />Absent: Council Member Sariager <br />Council President Boehmer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m in Council Chambers, <br />5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmss~ed, Ohio. <br />I,~,~6LATION <br />Ordituince No. 94-95 iatroducexi by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1138 of the North Olmsted Zug Code <br />entitled "Senior Residence District" (SR) as amended. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-95 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-178 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given fts second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and direc'timg the Mayor to enter into an agreement for the sale of <br />real property located at 30338 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and the t of <br />the interest of the City of North Olmsted in a certain agreement to purchase real property <br />located at 30374 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />McKay moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Lind; motion <br />passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-178 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-181 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An <br />ordinance accepting two (2) dorm sewer easements located on Barton Road (south of <br />Lorain Road) in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar <br />moved to suspend the Wile requiring three readings; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-181 adopted. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Saringer; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being co~letexl and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer adjourned the special meeting at 7:36 p.m <br />Barbara L.
