Mayor Boyle disagreed; he said there has been a good deal of <br />positive reports about the city. <br />LEGLSLATIQN <br />Ordinance No. 94-130 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third readmg. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by providing for <br />the installation of a `2io Right Turn on Red from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m Weekdays" sign <br />at the intersection of Mastick Road and Cohumbia Road for traffic travelog in a westward <br />direction on Mastick Road and turning north onto Cohmdtia Road, and declaring an <br />emergency as amended. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-130 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-146 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 721 of the North Olmsted Codified <br />Ordinances entitled "Peddlers, Solicitors and Canvassers" and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 94-146 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-149 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resohrttion <br />authorizing the I}irector of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for fuel island <br />canopies at the Service Garage and Police Station as detailed in the specifications on file <br />and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Lmd moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 94-149 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-151 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by cfianging the <br />`2To Right Turn on Red at All Times" sign at Maple Ridge ea~bound at Clague Road to <br />read `2To Turn on Red Between the Haurs of 7:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m, School I?ays," and <br />declaring an emergency Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion <br />passed unanimously.
