Council Minutes of October 18, 1994 <br />Ordinance No. 94-155 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance creating a division entitled North Olmsted Spriagvale Golf Course within the <br />Safety Department, establishing Section 139.09, 139.10 and 139.11 within Chapter 139 of <br />the Administrative Code and declaring an urgency. Mr. Lord moved for su~ension of <br />the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Limpert; ~tiaa~ passed uuanin~ously. <br />Mr. Lord moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 94-155 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-156 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution recognizing Saturday, October 22, <br />1994 as "Make A Difference Day" and declaring an emmergency. Mr. Lind moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three reacliegs; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 94-156 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-157 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance establishing the method of which fees far the use of North Olmsted. Spragvale <br />Golf Course are to be fixed, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lord moved for suspension <br />of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unani~usiy. <br />Mr. Lord moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 94-157 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-158 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance establishing a Petty Cash Fiord within the North Olmsted Springvale Golf <br />Course, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lord moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanin~usly. Mrs. Bahas <br />asked where the funds would come from to establish the Petty Cash Fund. Mayor Boyle <br />repfied the funds would come from Springvale receipts. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-158 adopted. <br />4[~F, j, i AN~'OUS B~TS~»~S <br />Mr. Nashar commented that he felt Springvale Golf Course will definitely be an asset to <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Mr. McKay moved that Council adjourn into executive session to discuss personnel, land <br />acquisition, legal proceedings and contract negotiations; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed unanimously.
