Council Minutes of October 18, 1994 ,,,,,,,,,, Ordinance No. 94-130 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second readuig. An ordnance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Ohn~ed by providing for the installation of a `2to Right Turn on Red From 8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Weekdays" sign at the intersection of Mastick Road and Cohunbia Road for traffic traveling in a westward direction on Mastick Road and turning north onto Cahu~ia Road, and declaring an emergency as amended. Ordinance No. 94-146 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 721 of the North Opted Codified Ordinances entitled `peddlers, Solicitors and Canvassers" and declaring an emergency. Ordnance No. 94-148 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing fees and charges for the rendering of emergency medical service and or ambulance transportation by the City of North Oh~ed. Resolution No. 94-149 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for fuel island canopies at the Service Garage and Police Station as detailed in the specifiications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Ordnance No. 94-151 introduced by Mr. Musial was .given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Ohn~ed by changing the `2To Turn on Red at All Times" sign at Maple Ridge eastbo~md at Claque Road to read "No Turn on Red Between the Hours of 7:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., School Days," and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-152 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by changing the `21o Turn on Red at All Times" sign at Claque Road southbound at Maple Ridge to read `2To Turn on Red Between the Hours of 7:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., School Days," and declaring an emergency. Ordnance No. 94-153 introduced by Mr. Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Fde of the City of North Olmsted by changing the "No Turn on Red at All Times" sign at the Brookpark Road Extension we~bound at Dover Center Road to read `2To Turn on Red Between the Hours of 12:00 noon to 6:30 p.m., Weekdays," and declaring an emergency. Ordnance No. 94-154 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordnance establishing rates of cor~easation for various positions to staff North Olmsted Springvale Golf Course and establishing a schedule of benefits and cor~ensation to be paid to the members of that staff Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously.
