Council Minutes of 10/4/94 Resolution No. 94-149 was introduced. and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for fiiel island canopies at the Service Garage and Police Station as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 94-150 was introduced and placed on first read~g by Mayor Boyle. A resohrtion authorizing the Mayor to seek financial assistance for public recreational purposes, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to suspend the rules requirhig three readings; second by Mrs. Rahas; nmtion passed unauma-usly. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously Resolution No. 94-150 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-151 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musiai. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by c~-ging the "No Turn on Red at All Times" sign at Ms~ple Ridge eastbound at Claque Road to read `2to Turn on Red Between the Hours of 7:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m, School Days," and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-152 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Musial. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by changing the "No Turn on Red at All Times" sign at Claque Road southbound at Maple Ridge to read "No Turn on Red Between the Hours of 7:00 a.m and 4:30 p.m School Days," and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-153 was introduc~l and placed on first read~g by Mr. Musial. An ordinance amending the TraS'ic Control File of the City of North Opted by changing the `2To Turn on Red at all Times" sign at the Brookpark Road Extension westbound at Dover Center Road to read `21o Turn on Red Between the Hours of 12:00 noon to 6:30 p.m, Weekdays," and declarng an emergency. Mr. McKay scheduled a Legislative meeting for Wednesday, October 12, at 7:30 p.m to interview Mr. Mark Yager for a position on the Architectural Review Board. Mrs. Saringer scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for 7 p.m on October 13.
