Council Minutes of 10/4/94 <br />Resolution No. 94-127 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second readmg. A <br />resolution adopting the budget of the City of North 4lm~ed for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 1995, and sing the same to the County Auditor, and declarhig an <br />emergency. Mr. Lmd moved for su~eitsion of the rules requiring three readnigs; second <br />by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed us1y. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by <br />Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanmously. Resohrtion No. 94-127 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-130 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for <br />the installation of a `2To Right Turn on Real from 6:30 a.m to 8 a.m and 4:30 p.m to <br />6:30 p.m" sign at the intersection of Mastick Road and Columbia Road for traffic <br />traveling in a westward direction on Mastick Road and turning north onto Cohimbia <br />Road, and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 94-143 introduced by Mr. Musial was given. its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the <br />installation of a traffic signal sy~em at the intersection of Rim's No. 2 drive and Great <br />Northern Boulevard and declaring an emetgeincy <br />Ordinance No. 94-144 introduc~l by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mrs. Saringer was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on <br />property owned by Cohunba Land Development Company and designated as Permanent <br />Parcel No. 236-5-97-100 by Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown <br />on Exhibit `B", and declarhig an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-145 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mrs. Saringer was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on <br />property owned by B. & G. Limited Partnership and designated as Fermanent Parcel <br />No. 236-5-103 by Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, said easement shown on Exhibit <br />`B", and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-146 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 721 of the North Olmsted Codified <br />Ordinances entitled `peddlers, Solicitors and Canvassers" and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-147 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance to approve current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances; to adopt new <br />matter; and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for ~ispension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nasliar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 94-147 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-148 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance establishing fees and charges for the rendering of emergency medical service <br />and or ambulance transportation by the City of North Olmsted. <br />4 <br /> <br />
