A <br />resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year <br />January 1, 1995, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-128 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordmance authorizing the Director of Publ~ Service to make emergency repairs on the <br />water line and gas line at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, without public bidding, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for su~ension of the rules rig three <br />readings and committee review; second by Mr. Mural; m~.ion passed ~usly. <br />Responding to a question from Mr. Limpert, Service Director Bohlntaun stated that this <br />was the same problem that Council had authorized for the amount of $85,000. However, <br />the job turned out to be ire complicated and the cost had risen to $105,000. Mr. <br />McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 94-128 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-129 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance accepting a sidewalk easement to serve Broxbourne Road located on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 233-22-01 in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />McKay moved for su~ension of the rules requiring three readings aad committee review; <br />second by Mr. Nashar. Roll call: McKay, yes; Nashar, yes; Musial, yes; Limpert, no; <br />Bahas, yes; Lmd, yes. Nation passed with five affirmative votes and one negative vote. <br />Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 94-129 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-130 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for <br />the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign at the intersection of Mastick Road and <br />Cohunbia Road for traffic travelling in a westward direction on Mastiek Road and turning <br />north onto Cohunbia Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-131 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $6,975,000 notes, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the municipal sanitary sewer system by <br />constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating, and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary <br />sewer connections and by improving and equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant, <br />together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Lind stated that the fiscal offiicer's certificate was attached to the next <br />eleven ordinances. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; <br />9 <br />
