Council Minutes of 9/20/94 <br />Ordinance No. 94-114 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the I~rector of Public Service to advertise for bids for the sale of <br />surplus city owned real estate located at the west terminus of Beaumont Drive and <br />identified as Permanent Parcel Number 231-26-12 on the Cuyahoga County Auditor's <br />records, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-115 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise far bids for the sale of <br />surplus city owned vacant property on the southwest side of Barton Road and situated to <br />the southeast side of Bradley Road and bearing Permanent Parcel Nu~er 234-06-005, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-116 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing a new Section 135.07 of the Codified Ordffiances entitled `Monthly <br />Reports Required" of Chapter 135 entitled `tiepartment of Finance" as amended. Mr. <br />Limpert moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Li~ert moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-116 adopted. <br />Resoh~tion No. 94-118 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A <br />resolution requesting the placement of noise barriers along Interstate 480, and declaring an <br />emergency as amended. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion. passed unanunously. Mr. McKay mc-ved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resohrtion No. 94-118 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-122 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State <br />Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for fimding of various municipal capital <br />infrastructure improvement projects, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 94-122 adapted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-124 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its secand reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an agreet for the purchase <br />of property located at 30374 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, which property is the <br />subject of appropriation proceedings in the case entitled "City of North Olmsted v. George <br />R Dancik, et al., Probate Court, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Case No. 11100419." <br />Resolution No. 94-126 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar on <br />behalf of Mayor Boyle and the entire Council. A resoh~tian authorizing the Director of <br />Public Safety to advertise for bids for the purpose of acquiring an aerial pumper fire truck, <br />together with the necessary equipment and appurtenances as per specifications now on file <br />in the office of the Director of Public Safety, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />8 <br /> <br />
