Council Minutes of 9/20/94 Ordinance No. 94-108 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the in~allation of a "No Le#2 Turn" (R 121-24) sign with supplementary legend "7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m School Days, Except Buses" at the inte~soction of Revere Drive and Butternut Ridge Road for traffic trav in a northerly direic~aa~ on Revere Drive and turning west onto Buttermrt Ridge Road, aml declaring ~ emergency as amernded. Mr. Musial moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-108 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-111 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance creating a new Chapter 957 of the Codified Ord~mces of the City of North Olm~ed entitled "Sale and Consun~taon of Alcoholic Beverages in Public Bmldings and on Public Grounds," as arnended. Mr. McKay moved fora ;second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94111 adopted. Resolution No. 94-113 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was gavea- its third reading. A resohrtion authorizing the Person$el and Adristrative Services Director to advertise for bids for a group life insurance program to cover all City of North Olmsted non-bargaining wait es~loye~es. Mr. Land moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimou~y. Resolution No. 94-113 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-117 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of "No Parking" signs on LeBern Drive from Claque Road west to Vf~aher Road with said signs being placed upon the north side of LeBexn Drive from Claque Road to Hawkins Road and on the south side of LeBern Drive from Idawkins Road to Wahe7 Road and declaring the same to be an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-117 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-120 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North ed to establish revised user charges to be levied and assessed upon each lot, parcel of l~-d, building or premises having any sewer connection with the dal sanitary sewage system, providing amounts to be charged for industrial waste s~ucharges pursuant to Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances and industrial. pretreatment programs fees pursuant to Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances, repealing Ordffiance No. 92-73 and declaring an emergency as amended. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; seed by Mrs. Bahas. Roll call: Lind, yes; Bahas, yes; Nashar, yes; Limpert, no; McKay, yes; Musial, yes. Motion passed with five aiBrmative votes and one negative vote.
