Council Minutes of 9/6/94 <br />unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 94-123 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-124 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing and g the Mayor to enter into an t for the purchase <br />of property located at 30374 Loraffi Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, which property is the <br />subject of appropriations proceed~r~gs m the case entitled "City of North Olmsted v. <br />George R Dancik, et al., Probate Court, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Case No. 11100419." <br />Ordinance No. 94-125 was introduced. and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An <br />ordinance amending Section 13 of Ordinance 94-15 entitled "An ordnance eeta-blishi~.g <br />rates of compensation for various administration and legislative personnel, and declaring <br />an emergency as amends" by provid~g therein for a different range than previously <br />established for the Administrator of the Division of Aging, and declar~g an urgency. <br />Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. <br />Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />Saringer; motion passed unsnimously. Ordinance No. 94-125 adopted. Mr. Wilan~oslry <br />explained that he had reque~ed this change in the salary range for the Senior Center <br />Administrator so that an interim appointment to that position could be made until such <br />time as he, the Mayor, and Council can discuss a possible r~rganization of that facility. <br />Ordinance No. 94-101 introduced by Mr. McKay and passed on August 16, 1994 was <br />read for reconsideration as amended. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the <br />City of North Olmsted by providing for the prohibition of truck traffic on a portion of <br />Country Club Boulevard, as amended. Mr. McKay moved to rec~stsider' Ordinance No. <br />94-101; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved to amend <br />Ordinance No. 94-101 as written; second by Mr. Nashar; motion pas~i unanimously. <br />Mr. McKay moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings anal review by comnrd#tee; <br />second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94- I O I was adopted <br />as amended. <br />1Vl~S~EI.LANE+OUS ~, j,F~,S <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for 7:15 p.m on Monday, <br />September 12, to discuss Ordinance 94-116 and an amendment to the Rules of Council. <br />Finance Director Burns is requested to attend. <br />Mr. Musial scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Monday, <br />September 12, and requested that Safety Director Kesler attend. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:45 p.m on Monday, September <br />12, and requested that the Mayor, Finance Director, Law Director and Service Director <br />attend. <br />7 <br />
