Council Minutes of 9/6/94 unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 94-123 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-124 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing and g the Mayor to enter into an t for the purchase of property located at 30374 Loraffi Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, which property is the subject of appropriations proceed~r~gs m the case entitled "City of North Olmsted v. George R Dancik, et al., Probate Court, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Case No. 11100419." Ordinance No. 94-125 was introduced. and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An ordinance amending Section 13 of Ordinance 94-15 entitled "An ordnance eeta-blishi~.g rates of compensation for various administration and legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency as amends" by provid~g therein for a different range than previously established for the Administrator of the Division of Aging, and declar~g an urgency. Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unsnimously. Ordinance No. 94-125 adopted. Mr. Wilan~oslry explained that he had reque~ed this change in the salary range for the Senior Center Administrator so that an interim appointment to that position could be made until such time as he, the Mayor, and Council can discuss a possible r~rganization of that facility. Ordinance No. 94-101 introduced by Mr. McKay and passed on August 16, 1994 was read for reconsideration as amended. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the prohibition of truck traffic on a portion of Country Club Boulevard, as amended. Finance Director Burns is requested to attend. Mr. Musial scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Monday, September 12, and requested that Safety Director Kesler attend. Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:45 p.m on Monday, September 12, and requested that the Mayor, Finance Director, Law Director and Service Director attend. 7
