Council Minutes of 9/6/94 <br />Ordinance No. 94-116 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing a new Section 135.07 of the Codified Ordinances entitled `g4ionthly <br />Reports Required" of Chapter 135 entitled `department of Finance." <br />Ordinance No. 94-117 ffitroduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the trafi~c coutral file of the Chy of North by providing for <br />the installation of `2to Parking" on LeHern Drive Pram Claque Road wed to Walter <br />Road with said signs being placed upan the north side of LeBern Drive from Claque Road <br />to Hawkins Road and on the south side of LeBern Drive from I3awkins Road to Walter <br />Road and declaring the same to be an emergency. <br />Resohrtion No. 94-118 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading as <br />amended. A resolution requesting the placement of noise barriers along Interstate 480, <br />and declaring an emergency as am~ded. <br />Ordinance No. 94-120 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading as amended. <br />An ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted to establish revised user charges to be levied and assessed upon each lot, parcel <br />of land, building or premises having any sewer connection with the munic~ai sanitary <br />sewage system, providing amounts to be charged for industrial waste surcharges pursuant <br />to Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances and indu~rial pretreatment programs fees <br />pursuant to Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances, repealing Ordinance No. 92-73 <br />and declaring an emergency as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 94-121 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into a supplemtary <br />contract with United Survey, Inc., without fiuther bidding to make urgency repairs on <br />sewer connections at various locations inchidmg Bentley Drive, Curtis Drive, Derry <br />Drive, Oak Circle, Oak Lane, Phunwood Drive and declaring an em+erg~cy. Mr. McKay <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Lind; motion <br />passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-121 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-122 was introduces and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit and seek financial assistance from the State <br />Issue 2 infrastructure bond program for funding of various municipal capital 'infrastructure <br />improvement projects, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resohution No. 94-123 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution supporting the establishment of No. <br />63 Flyer bus service from Lorain Road Great Northern Park and Ride, to downtown <br />Cleveland, by way of Route I-480 and I-71, and urging residents to take advantage of said <br />service, and declaring an emergency.
