Council Minutes of 6/7/94 <br />,,, LEGISLATION <br />Resolution No. 94-81 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the Mayor and entire <br />Council, was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public <br />Service to advertise for and acct bids for constructing a new fire station as detailed in <br />the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for ad~-tion; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 94-81 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-82 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the Mayor and entire <br />Council was given its third read~g. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public <br />Service to advertise for and accept bids for improvements to the Dover Lift Station as <br />detailed in the specifications on fi~ and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. McKsy moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion <br />passed unanimously. Resolution No. 94-82 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-84 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of the Mayor and entire Council <br />was given its third reading. An ordinance accepting storm and sanitary sewer easements <br />to serve the new fire station for sewers located on the Birch Elementary School property <br />in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Batas; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-84 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-85 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />accepting a sidewalk easement to serve Canterbury Road located on the Shorewest <br />Construction Company property in the City of North Olm~ed, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-85 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-86 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance to <br />transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Batas; motion passed unusly. Ordinance No. 94-86 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-87 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance to <br />make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North <br />Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second <br />by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-87 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-88 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for <br />improvements to the East Park area storm sewer as detailed in the specifications on file <br />and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-89 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second read~g.
