Council Minutes of 6/7/94 <br />,,,,,. the effective date of this ordinance shall either be residents of the City of North Ohmsted at <br />the time of hire or shall become residents of the City of North Ohm~ed within six months <br />after employment. <br />Ordinance No. 94-90 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the purchase of Springvale <br />Country Club. <br />Ordinance No. 94-91 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />establishing the compensation, be~tef is and working conditions for salaried en~loyees <br />employed at the North Olrns~ed Municipal Bus Line, who are not xr~s of the North <br />Olmsted Transit Err~loyees Association, collective bargaining unit, and declaring an <br />emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 94-92 introduced by Mr. Lmd was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $2,600,000 notes, in anticipation of the issa~aace of <br />bonds, for the purpose of constructing, fiumishing and equipping a fire station and <br />preparing, improving and equipping its site. <br />Resolution No. 94-93 was introduced and placed on first readmg by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 3,000 tans of <br />salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-94 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. A <br />resolution accepting for recording purpose only the Barton Oaks subdivision plat in the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-95 was introduced. and placed on firs reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1138 of the North Olm~ed Zoning Code <br />entitled "Senior Residence District" (SR). <br />Ordinance No. 94-96 was introduced and pieced on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for certain voluttary withholding <br />programs, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-97 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An <br />ordinance to amend Sections 91 L08 and 911.09 regarding sewer connections of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 94-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle.
