Ordinance No. 94-86 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending I3ecember 31, 1994. Ordinance No. 94-87 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An arciinance to make appropriations for currezit expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994. Resolution No. 94-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for improvements to the East Park area storm sewer as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-89 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance requiring that all fi~time employees hired by the City of North Olmsted after the efi'ective date of this ordinance shall either be residents of the City of North Olmsted at the time of hire or shall become residents of the City of North Olmsted within six months after employment. Ordinance No. 94-90 was introduced and placed on firs reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the purchase of Springvale Country Club. Ordinance No. 94-91 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance establishing the compensation, benefits and working conditions for salaried employees employed at the North. Olmsted Municipal Bus Lme, who are not members of the North Olmsted Transit Employees Association, collective bargaining unit, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Ordinance No. 94-92 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind.
