Council Minutes of 5/4/94 <br />Resolution No. 94-69 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its <br />' third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and <br />accept bids for the videotapffig of sewers at various locations in the city, as detailed ~ the <br />specifications on file, and authoriz~g the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lmd; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 94-89 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-78 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reacting. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1125.01 and 1125.03 of Chapter 1125 entitled Architectural <br />Review Board. <br />Resohrtion No. 94-81 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of the Mayor and entire Councit A resuh authorizing the Director of Public Service <br />to advertise for and accept bids for can.~vcting a new fire station as detailed in the <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-82 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of the Mayor and entire Councd. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service <br />to advertise for and accept bibs for improvements to the Dover Lift Station as detaited in <br />the specifications on file, and authoriz~g the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-83 was ~troduced and placed on firms reading by Mr. Lind on behalf' of <br />the Mayor. A resolution recogtdzing support of the National Aeronautics and Space <br />Administration and declaring an urgency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the Pules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. <br />94-83 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-84 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay on behalf <br />of the Mayor and entire Council. An ordinance accepting storm and sanitary sewer <br />easements to serve the new fire ration for sewers located on the Bgch Elementary School <br />property in the City of North Ohn~ed, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-85 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance accepting a sidewalk easement to serve Canterbury Road located on the <br />Shorewest Construction Company property in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 3 1, 1994. <br />4 <br />
