Council Minutes of 4/19/94 <br />Ordinance No. 92-58 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amendmg Section 1135.02 (~ of the City of North Olmsted Zanmg Code, <br />entitle `~ecrearional Vehicle" as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 94-b3 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Nashar was given its <br />second reading. An or ' ce aiding the traffic ccmtrol file of the City of North <br />Olmsted to provide for the irns# of a trat~'tc system at the intersection of Al <br />Moen Drive and Great Northern Boulevard and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-66 introducal by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Nashar was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North <br />Olmsted to provide for the in~allation of a `21o Le8 Turn (R 121-24)" sign with a <br />supplemental legend "7:00 a.m. - $:00 a.m. Weekdays, Except Buses" ~ at the <br />intersection of Revere Drive and Butternut Ridge Road for trafi'ic traveling in a northerly <br />direction on Revere Drive and turning west onto Butternut Ridge Road and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-67 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering &. Surveying Company to provide <br />engineering services for pavement and sewer improvements on Douglas Drive, Alden <br />Drive, Willet Drive, Dewey Road and Sweetbrier Drive (easterly portion), and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-69 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its <br />second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for <br />and accept bids for the videotaping of sewers at various locations in the city, as detaited in <br />the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declal7mg an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-75 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle and the <br />entire Council. A resoltrtion supporting April 22 as Earth Day, and declaariflg an <br />emergency. Mrs. Bahas moved to su~end the rules requiring three readings and <br />committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mrs. Bahas <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 94-75 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-77 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending Ordinances No. 93-159, No. 94-36, No. 94-37, No. 94-38, No. 94- <br />39, No. 94-40, No. 94-41 and No. 9442, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay <br />moved for suspension of the rotes requiring three readings and committee review; second <br />by Mrs. Bahas. Roll call: McKay, yes; Bahas, yes; Beringer, no; Limpert, yes; Musial, <br />yes; Nashar, yes. Motion passed with five affirmative votes and one negative vote.
