Council Minutes of 4/5/94 ARB on January 19, 1994 and by the Planning Commission on February 22, 1994. Plans were presented by massager Bill Brink and Mr. Grasso, Realty One's attorney. The plans were approved by the ARB on March 16, 1994 and the Fanning Commission on March 8, 1994. The engineering and traffic recommendations were sa ~ ory. Mrs. Beringer moved to approve with the recommendations of the ARB and Com~russion and when a satisfactory drainage plan. is submitted and approved; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. c. Ordinance 92-58, the amended recreational vehicle legislation. Resid~ts who attended a previous meeting had been sent copies of the amended legislation and notified of this meeting. However, no residents were in attendance. The committee agreed to hold a public hearing on this legislation. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 4, at 7:15 p.m. d. Ordinance 94-59, which amends Chapter 905 of the Codified Ordinances entitled `T)riveways." This legisl~rtion will update the city Codified Ordinances with regard to condominiums, driveways and service roads. The legislation provides for an increase in fees. Anew Section 905.02 will be added which will require service roads, driveways, parking areas and loading areas to be constructed according to the plans approved by the city Engineering Department. The committee had no objection to the ordinance. No Audience Participation LEGISLATION Ordinance No. 94-30 .introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An ordinance to amend Section 917.02 entitled "Limitations on Wastewater Strength" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as amended. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-30 adopted. Resolution No. 94-46 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for one (1) aerial work platform truck, with cab and chassis. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 94-46 adopted. 4
