Realty One, 28364 Lorain Road, a proposal to make minor renovations to the bui~ing <br />with additions to the parking area ~d landscaping. Plans were presented by massager Bill <br />Brink and Mr. Grasso, Realty One's attorney. The plans were approved by the ARB on <br />March 16, 1994 and the Fanning Commission on March 8, 1994. The engineering and <br />traffic recommendations were sa ~ ory. Mrs. Beringer moved to approve with the <br />recommendations of the ARB and Com~russion and when a satisfactory drainage <br />plan. is submitted and approved; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. <br />c. Ordinance 92-58, the amended recreational vehicle legislation. Resid~ts who attended <br />a previous meeting had been sent copies of the amended legislation and notified of this <br />meeting. However, no residents were in attendance. The committee agreed to hold a <br />public hearing on this legislation. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 4, <br />at 7:15 p.m. <br />d. Ordinance 94-59, which amends Chapter 905 of the Codified Ordinances entitled <br />`T)riveways." This legisl~rtion will update the city Codified Ordinances with regard to <br />condominiums, driveways and service roads. The legislation provides for an increase in <br />fees. Anew Section 905.02 will be added which will require service roads, driveways, <br />parking areas and loading areas to be constructed according to the plans approved by the <br />city Engineering Department. The committee had no objection to the ordinance. <br />No Audience Participation <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 94-30 .introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 917.02 entitled "Limitations on Wastewater Strength" of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as amended. Mr. Limpert <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 94-30 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-46 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for one (1) aerial work <br />platform truck, with cab and chassis. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 94-46 adopted. <br />4 <br />
