Council Minutes of 4/5/94 <br />City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lmd moved to spend the rules <br />requiring three readmgs and comtee review; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 94-74 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mrs. Saringer asked Mayor Boyle if reskents would be able to salvage property from the <br />home that is to be demolished for the construction of the new fire station. Mayor Boyle <br />said that it would be a safc~.y hazard to allow people to do individual salvag~g. The city is <br />looking at the possibility of including sale rights in the contract for removal of the <br />house. Another possibility would be to inch3de the removal of the house in the contract <br />for the construction of the new building. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Streets and Drainage Committee meeting for 7:45 p.m. on <br />Monday, April 11, and requested that Service 13irector Bohhnann attend. <br />President Boehmer assigned Ordinance Nos. 94-63 and 94-66 to the Safety Committee; <br />Ordmance No. 94-67 to the Environmental Committee; (hdmance No. 94-69 to the <br />Streets and Drainage Committee. <br />Mr. Lmd moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Nashar; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Limpert scheduled an Environmental Committee meeting for 8:15 p.m on Monday, <br />April 11. <br />President Boehmer announced that, due to Election Day, the first Council meeting in May <br />would beheld on Wednesday, May 4. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no fiuther business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 8:50 p.m. <br />/~ o--~- <br />L.
