An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance anti sale of $500,000 rotes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring an aerial pumper fire <br />truck, together with the necessary equipment and appurtenances thereto, for use <br />in carrying out functions of the Division of Fire of the Department of Public <br />Safety. <br />Ordinance No. 94-39 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance arri sale of $570,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring motor vehicles and <br />equipment for use in carrying out functions of the Department of Public Service. <br />Ordinance No. 94.40 was introduced arxi placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance acid sale of $90,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring motor vehicles, including <br />four pickup trucks and three automobiles, for use in carrying out city services <br />and functions. <br />Ordinance No. 94-41 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance azxi sale of $3,000,000 notes, in antcipa- <br />tion of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the municipal <br />sanitary sewer system by constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating and <br />replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections and by improving and <br />equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant, together with the necessary appurten- <br />ances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 94-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $100,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the City Administration <br />Complex by renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating and otherwise improving the <br />Town Hall therein and constructing a canopy to cover the fuel p~anp island ~ the <br />site thereof, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 94-43 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind.
