An ordinance authorizing and directing Don Copeland to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Comm<aiity Development Block Grant Funds for the fiscal year 1994 (20th year), ark declaring an emergency. An ordinance vacating a portion of a water main easement located. on property now owned by Rennie Homes, Inc. and designated as Cinnamon Woods, Phase II, as recorded. in Volume 80-0130 Page 32 of Cuyahoga County Maps anti Records, atxi farther accepting an easement from Hermie Hanes, Inc. for an additional water main easement, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-36 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $5,260,000 notes, in anticipa- tion of the issuance of boxxis, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's street system by grading, draining, widening, reconstruct- ing the pavement base, preparing the surface and surfacing and resurfacing, by constructing, reconstructing, and rehabilitating catch basins, curbs, driveway aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service cormections, sidewalks, storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and by installing street lighting, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto.
