GVWR Chassis (Low Profile), two (2) Super Duty Dump Bodies <br />and Hoists, and two (2) 10' Power Angle Snow Plows, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-30 was introduced and placed oci first reading by Mr. Limpert. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 917.02 entitled "Limitations on Wastewater Strength" <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Resolution No. 94-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle <br />and the entire Council. A resolution supporting Free Fare Day on March 1, 1994 <br />in celebration of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Zinc's 63rd Armiversary, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-32 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle and <br />Mrs. Saringer on behalf of Mr. McKay. An ordinance authorizing and directing Don <br />Copeland to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Comm<aiity <br />Development Block Grant Funds for the fiscal year 1994 (20th year), ark declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-33 was introduced and pieced on first reading by Mrs. Beringer <br />on behalf of Mr. McKay. An ordinance identifying and designating an Improvement <br />Target Area (ITA) for the City of North Olmsted for fiscal year 1994, (20th <br />year), Canmxnity Development Block Grant projects and for the Neighborhood <br />Business District Revitalization Program, acid declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-34 was introduced. and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer <br />on behalf of Mr. McKay. An ordinance authorizing a specification requirement for <br />minority business enterprise and women business enterprise participation in <br />fiscal year 1994, (20th year), Community Development Block Grant Projects of 25X <br />for minority business enterprise and 15X for women business enterprise, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-35 was introduced arxi placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. <br />An ordinance vacating a portion of a water main easement located. on property now <br />owned by Rennie Homes, Inc. and designated as Cinnamon Woods, Phase II, as <br />recorded. in Volume 80-0130 Page 32 of Cuyahoga County Maps anti Records, atxi <br />farther accepting an easement from Hermie Hanes, Inc. for an additional water <br />main easement, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-36 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $5,260,000 notes, in anticipa- <br />tion of the issuance of boxxis, for the purpose of improving certain designated <br />streets in the city's street system by grading, draining, widening, reconstruct- <br />ing the pavement base, preparing the surface and surfacing and resurfacing, by <br />constructing, reconstructing, and rehabilitating catch basins, curbs, driveway <br />aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service cormections, sidewalks, storm <br />sewers and water mains and water service connections and by installing street <br />lighting, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 94-37 was introduced ax~i placed on first reading by Mr. Lind.
