Resolution No. 94-22 introduced by Mr. Lind cuss given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the improvement of the Deerfield Subdivision, (Phase 2), as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 94-23 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its seccx~i reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the improvement of the Bretton Ridge Subdivision, (Phase I) as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for saw, and declaring an urgency.
