Council Minutes of 2/15/94 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Or finance No. 94-7 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the c tion and benefits to be paid to all part-time <br />hourly employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-7 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-8 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance approving the final draft Solid Waste Management Plan of the Cuyahoga <br />County Solid Waste Management District, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 94-8 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-9 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance .approving fees proposed to be levied by the Solid Waste Management <br />Policy Committee of the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management District on the <br />generation of solid wastes within the District, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. i~isial; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 94-9 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-11 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the flowmonitoring of sewers at various locations in the city, as <br />detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 94-11 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-14 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the organization of the Building Division of the Depart- <br />ment of Public Safety and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-14 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-18 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its record. reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improvement of the Oxford Oval Subdivision, as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, arxi authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-19 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improvement of Noreen Drive and Hawkins Avenue as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-20 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for anti accept <br />bids 'for the improvement of Westchester Drive and Olmsted Drive as detailed in <br />the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />~` <br />8 <br /> <br />
