A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for azxi accept <br />bids for the improvet of Westchester Drive and Olmsted Drive as detailed in <br />the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-21 was introduced arui placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance declaring t~ necessity and intention of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, to appropriate certain real property in the city for the purpose of <br />building a new senior citizens center. <br />Resolution No. 94-22 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improv~nt of the Deerfield Subdivision, (Phase 2), as detailed in <br />the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-23 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and. accept <br />bids for the improvement of the Bretton Ridge Subdivision, (Phase 1) as detailed <br />in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improvement of Coe Avenue, a portion of Oak Lane, Palm Drive mvd <br />Birch Lane as detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-25 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improvement of Math Avenue and Esther Avenue. as detailed in the <br />specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-26 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution authorizing the Director <br />of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of the sanitary <br />sewer rehabilitation, Phase F, improvements at various locations in the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-27 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle.
