<br />Council Minutes of 2/1/94 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Reno ution No. 94-6 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />50,000 gallons of sodium al~.nate for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treat- <br />ment Facilities Plant, as~d declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension <br />of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Lind. moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 94-6 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 94-7 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance .establishing the coipnsation and benefits to be paid to all part-time <br />hourly employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-8 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance approving the final draft Solid Waste Management Plan of the Cuyahoga <br />County Solid Waste Management District, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-9 introduced by Mr. Limpert was. given its second reading. An <br />ordinance approving fees proposed to be levied by the Solid Waste Management <br />Policy Committee of the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management District on the <br />generation of solid wastes within the District, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-11 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its secorxi reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the flawmoni.toring of sewers at various locations in the city, as <br />detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />same, and. declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-14 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the organization of the Building Division of the Depart- <br />ment of Public Safety and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 94-17 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer .and make appropriations for current expenses and <br />expenditures for the City of North Opted for thse year ending Decemb+~r 31, 1993. <br />Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-17 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 94-18 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improvement of the Oxford Oval Subdivision, as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 94-19 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improvement of Noreen Drive and Hawkins Averrue as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />4 <br /> <br />
