An ordinance approving fees proposed to be levied by the Solid Waste Management Policy Committee of the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management District on the generation of solid wastes within the District, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance to make appropriations for. current expenses and expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1994. Resolution No. 94-11 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the flowmonitoring of sewers at various locations in the city, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-12 was introduced ar~d placed. on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance amending. the General Offen$es Code of the City of North OLnsted by adding a new Section 509.11 of Chapter 509, entitled "Creating Disturbances on Public Transportation." Resolution No. 94-13 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Covncil. A resolution supporting Jump-Start America and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lire. moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Nashar, Roll call: Lind, yes; Nashar, yes; Beringer, yes; Musial, yes; McKay, yes; Limpert, no; Bahas, yes. Moticm passed with six affirmative votes and one negative vote. Mayor Boyle explained that this was a continuation of a program begin several years ago. At the time it was first introduced, everyone had agreed that it would be best to reintroduce it each year rather than pass it without a sunset provision. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-13 adopted. Ordinance No. 94-14 was introduced. aril. placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. Ordinance No. 94-15 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle.
