~` ~ . , r <br />Council Minutes of 12/Sl95 <br />~ Ordinance No. 94-89 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />,,~,,, requiring that allfull-time en~loyees hired by the City of North Oh~ed after the effective <br />date of this ordinance shall ether be residents of the City of North Ohnrted at the time of <br />hire or shall become residents of the City of North Olmsted within six m~-nths after <br />employment. Mr. McKay moved to table; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 94-89 was tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 95-55 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending ordinance No. 94-154 in order to create the position of t Golf <br />Course Superintendent I, and to provide a sainry range for that position, and d+oclaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Miller moved to table; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-SS was tabled. <br />Mrsc~ou~., users <br />Mr. McKay moved to ac~ourn into executive session for the purpose of discussing <br />property acquisition; second by Mr. 1M"iller; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Gateau <br />suggested to President Boehmer that Councilman-elect O'Grady be invited into the <br />executive session because the matter to be discussed would affect the next Council. Mr. <br />Boehmer agreed that Mr. O'Grady should attend the executive mission. Prudent <br />Boehmer adjourned the Council meeting into executive session at 9:17 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:33 p.m <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for 7 p.m on Monday, <br />December 11, to discuss Ordinance 95-158. Mayor Boyle. is asked to attend. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:15 p.m on Monday, <br />December 11, to discuss Ordinances 95-150, 95-161 and 95-162. Mayor Boyle, Finance <br />Director Burns, Safety Director Kesler and Service Director Bohlmann are asked to <br />attend. <br />Mr. Nashar scheduled the Safety Committee to meet jointly with the Finance Committee <br />on December 11 to discuss Ordinance 95-162. Councilman-elect O'Grady is invited to <br />attend. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 9:35 p.m <br />;~ <br />~_._, <br />~~ C,~ ~~------ <br />Pre~dent of Council <br />Barbara L.
