An <br />>,~,,,, ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olm~ed to enter into an agreement <br />with Polytech Inc. to provide engineering services for grading, drainage, paving and sewer <br />improvements for Virginia Avenue and Sum3merland Avenue. Mr. Lind moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordnance No. 95-156 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-158 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A <br />resohrtion opposing the use of a product distribution process calle~cl cross-docking, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-159 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 199b, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 95-160 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Lind was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance 95-24 entitled "An <br />Ordnance Establishing Rates of Compensatinn for Various Administration and Legislative <br />Personnel and Declaring an Emergency as Amended." Mr. Lind moved to table; second <br />by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-160 was tabled. <br />Resolution No. 95-161 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A <br />resohrtion to adopt the financial statement balances as of December 31, 1992 and use <br />these balances as the beginning balances for subsequent years, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordnance No. 95-162 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordnance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with Steiger, Hurray & Associates, Inc., to provide engineering services for improvements <br />to the city radio communications systeno, and declaring an emergency. <br />The following legislation was placed on the agenda to be tabled: <br />Ordinance No. 88-82 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />establishing the regulation and use of the "Common Center Lane." Mr. McKay moved to <br />table; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 88-82 was <br />tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 93-154 introduced by Mr. Lind on behalf of himself and the entire Council <br />was given its third readffig. An ordinance providing for the ameadme~-t of the Zone Map <br />of the City of North Olmsted by clanging the parcels of real property, as hereinafter <br />described, located at the northwest corner of Dover Center and Lorain Roads, in the City <br />of North Olmsted, from C~:era1 Retail Business Disixict to Office Building District.
