Council Minutes of 9/19/95 <br />current fiscal year resources to pay accrued benefits and fund future capital expenditures, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 95-127 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of noes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, in a maximum aggre~te princ~l aunt of $175,040 for the purpose of <br />providing fiords to pay cons of the Ssial ' rendered egains~t the city in Civil Action <br />Number 1:95CV1109 in the IJn~+ad States District Court for the Northern District of <br />Ohio, Eastern Division, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-128 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resohrtion recognizing the celebration of the <br />Fiftieth Anniversary of the United Nations, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay <br />moved for su~ension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second <br />by Mr. Lord; motion passed unanimously. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Lord; motion passed unanimously. Resohrtion No. 95-128 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-129 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An <br />ordinance providing that income generated from fees charged for the rendering of <br />emergency medical services and ambulance tran~ortation by the North Olm~ed Fire <br />Department shall be deposited into the Hotel-Motel Tax Fund to be used solely for the <br />purchase and/or retirement of debt far Fire Departmmnt equipmem, facilities and land. <br />Ordinance No. 95-130 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council. An ordinance amending Section 161.01 (fj of the <br />Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled `p'ayment of Accumulated <br />Sick Leave Credit." <br />MI3CEi.LA1VKtl!US ~ZT~FG-~S <br />Mayor Boyle said that he would submit his written report for inclusion with the minutes. <br />(Mayor's report is attached.) <br />Mayor Boyle wished to make it clear to Council that he had not previously discussed the <br />wild animal problem with Mr. Cerney. <br />Mr. Lord scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m on Monday, <br />September 25, and asked that Mr. Burns and Mrs. Kesler attend. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Legislative Committee meeting for 7 p.m on Monday, September <br />25, and asked that the Finance Director and the Mayor attend. <br />U <br />8 <br />t <br />
