A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for approarimately 50,000 gallons of sodium ahu~ate for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plant, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-108 adopted. Resolution No. 95-109 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its third reading. A resolution supporting the efforts of the Ohio Fire Chiefs' Association, the Ohio Association of Professional Ftre Fighters, the Ohio State Fire Fighters' Association and the North Olmsted Fire Fighters Local 1267, International Association of Fire Fighters, to promote and support continued public sector emergency medical service. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resohrtion No. 95-109 adopted. Ordinance No. 95-118 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An ordinance to amend Section 917.02 entitled `2,umitations on Wa~ewater Strength" of the Codified Ordmances of the City of North Olnsted, Ohio. Ordinance No. 95-119 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company Inc., to provide additional engineering services for the Ehle Ditch project, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Musial; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-119 adopted. Resolution No. 95-121 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and acct bids for laboratory analytical services to support the Wastewater Treatment Kant, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 95-124 was introduced and placed on -first reading by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council.
