A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for approarimately 50,000 <br />gallons of sodium ahu~ate for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment <br />Facilities Plant, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 95-108 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-109 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its <br />third reading. A resolution supporting the efforts of the Ohio Fire Chiefs' Association, the <br />Ohio Association of Professional Ftre Fighters, the Ohio State Fire Fighters' Association <br />and the North Olmsted Fire Fighters Local 1267, International Association of Fire <br />Fighters, to promote and support continued public sector emergency medical service. Mr. <br />Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. Resohrtion <br />No. 95-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-118 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 917.02 entitled `2,umitations on Wa~ewater Strength" of the <br />Codified Ordmances of the City of North Olnsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 95-119 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company Inc., to provide <br />additional engineering services for the Ehle Ditch project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />Musial; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-119 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-121 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and acct bids for <br />laboratory analytical services to support the Wastewater Treatment Kant, as detailed in <br />the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 95-124 was introduced and placed on -first reading by Mayor Boyle on <br />behalf of himself and the entire Council.
